I am a Board certified, doctorally prepared, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialized in understanding both the biological and psychological factors of human emotions. I provide psychotherapeutic interventions and psychiatric medication management for adult patients who decide that psychiatric medications are helpful.

Many people suffer from mental health issues at some point in their lives. From depression to anxiety, to impulsivity and insomnia, we can likely all find some form of mental imbalance or mental struggle we could use some help with.
